Call for Projects

TEEM (Technological Ecosystems for Enhancing Multiculturality) Conference is born within the new PhD Programme on Education in Knowledge Society at the University of Salamanca, Spain. This conference is addressing both the Social Sciences studies and the new technological advances but within a synergic and symbiotic approach. According to this perspective, a not closed set of different research lines, always with a collaborative orientation, is established, including Education Assessment and Orientation, Human-Computer Interaction, eLearning, Computers in Education, Communication Media and Education, Medicine and Education, Robotics in Education, Engineering and Education and Information Society and Education.

Moreover the academic and research tracks, TEEM Conference encourages living or recently ending national and international Projects coordinators and researches to make a presentation about the advances and main outcomes of their projects related to the Knowledge Society researching lines presented above.

The selected projects can hold a presentation on their activities and outcomes and discuss them with all attending experts and practitioners.

Applications for presentations at the conference must be sent by interested national and international projects until October, 7th, 2013 (a 300-word abstract), using the official TEEM 2013 Abstract Project template. Please avoid technical wording and keep it as simple as possible.

The received abstract will be reviewed by the TEEM Conference Committee. Submitters will be informed of their acceptance by the October, 10th, 2013. Accepted submission will be invited to extend the application (4-page maximum) using the official TEEM 2013 Project template until October, 22th, 2013.

All the selected projects can hold a presentation during the official programme of the TEEM 2013 Project track session and their descriptions will be published in a specific track proceedings (with ISBN). The proceedings will be distributed to all conference participants as well as throughout Europe, through Institutional Repository Gredos of the University of Salamanca (http://gredos.usal.es). At least one project representative has to register (reduced registration, but it allows accessing all the conference if you are interested in) for the presentation of a selected project and the publication of its description in the Track proceedings.
